Once again we were blessed with great weather for a competition. The new Ocala Scottish Highland Games were a very successful outing for the City of Sarasota Pipe Band.
We were pleased to have secured first place in both the band competition and dress & deportment. The competitors were good on the day. In particular, Rosie O'Grady Highlanders looked sharp in their new uniforms!
Congratulations to the organizers of the 2009 Ocala Scottish Highland Games for putting on a great event and we'll look forward to it next year!
